SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is a process of removing contaminants from house hold sewage. It includes physical, chemical and biological process to remove contaminants and produce environmentally safe treated waste water. We offer a wide range of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP’s) using latest treatment technologies that includes,
Membrane Bio Reactors (MBR’s)
MBBR (Moving bed Bio Reactor)
SBR (Sequential Batch Reactor)
SAFF (Submerged Aerated Fixed Film)
All above treatment technologies are offered as packaged plant as well as containerized unit suitable for remote places. We offer small units also suitable for residential apartments, villas, camps, boats etc.
Process of Sewage Treatment System:
Bigger objects, sand, rocks, etc are removed using screen, which are designed to remove large items. Second step is grit removal. Settled materials are sent to landfill while waste water move to primary treatment.
Primary treatment uses clarifiers allowing heavier solid particles to fall at bottom while lighter one floats on top. Both solid particles are pumped to solid treatment process while waste water is allowed to pass to secondary treatment.
Here waste water is exposed to living organisms that eat dissolved and organic material removing in waste water as their food source
Here treated waste water is disinfected. Disinfection is a process designed to kill or inactivate pathogenic organisms.
